Ohio State Undrafted FA Jalin Marshall Impresses In First Practice With The New York Jets

Jalin Marshall was one of two Ohio State underclassmen to declare for the NFL Draft and go unselected - Tyvis Powell the other - but the former Buckeyes' wide receiver still has a chance to make an NFL roster.

The former four-star recruit signed an undrafted free agent deal with the New York Jets.

The Jets had Day 1 of their rookie mini-camp on Friday and Marshall reportedly got a ton of action and was impressive.

From NJ.com's report:

A couple wide receivers stood out: Robby Anderson and Jalin Marshall. Both made nice catches and got a bunch of action. Both were signed as undrafted free agents.

Marshall might be a longshot to make the Jets' Week 1 roster (all undrafted free agents are) but he certainly seems to possess the ability necessary to do it.
