Watch: Ohio State's J.T. Barrett Breaks Big Ten Record Held By Drew Brees
J.T. Barrett set a Big Ten record today.
After two consecutive mediocre performances from J.T. Barrett, he finally put it all together today against Army—and in record-breaking fashion.
In the fourth quarter, Barrett threw a touchdown pass to Austin Mack that would make him the all-time leader in "touchdowns responsible for" in the Big Ten. He surpassed former Purdue QB Drew Brees (yes, the Drew Brees) in the process.
Check it out:
Barrett went 25-of-33 for 270 yards and a touchdown through the air, and on the ground he rushed for 32 yards and one score.
The Buckeyes won, 38-7.
