Ohio State's Marching Band Will Travel To These 2 Road Games This Season

Ohio State's marching band, a.k.a The Best Damn Band In The Land, will be making two road trips this season.

The Buckeyes' marching band director, Christopher Hoch, announced on Thursday that they will be traveling to Oklahoma on Sept. 17 and Michigan State on Nov. 19.

Ohio State's game at Oklahoma is set to kick off at 7:30 p.m. E.T. and will be televised on FOX. A kickoff time and TV channel for the game at Michigan State has yet to be decided.

The trip to Norman, Okla. is especially exciting, as it should for provide for one of the best atmospheres of the season. Both Oklahoma and Ohio State are believed to be College Football Playoff contenders, with the Sooners being ranked in the top three of most preseason polls.

Oklahoma fans will get to see the famous "Script Ohio" in action.

Ohio State opens its 2016 season Sept. 3 against Bowling Green at Ohio Stadium in Columbus.
