Paul Finebaum Predicts How Ohio State's Season Will Play Out

Paul Finebaum is still buying Ohio State.

Ohio State, which lost to Penn State in State College, Pa. Saturday night, remains both a Big Ten and College Football Playoff contender.

ESPN college football analyst Paul Finebaum is certainly a believer in the Buckeyes' ability to win the conference and make the playoff.

He said the following on ESPN's College Football Live today, via 247Sports:

“I believe in Urban and I really think they will run the table," Finebaum said. "They’ve had a tough couple weeks on the road in the Big Ten, but I think they can navigate the rest of the way. They have a big challenge a week from Saturday night against Nebraska and obviously the Michigan game, but I think they’ll beat Michigan and win the Big Ten championship and be right back in the playoffs.

"I don’t see a scenario where you’d have a dominating team keeping them out. I think the Big Ten champion is in regardless."

Ohio State is set to host Northwestern this Saturday before facing Nebraska in a potential top 10 showdown.

The Buckeyes remain a College Football Playoff favorite in Las Vegas, too.
