Urban Meyer hasn't coached either of Ohio State's first two games. He still has to sit out this Saturday's game against TCU.

While Meyer is serving out the remaining part of his suspension, he is still keeping busy on game day. He used this past Saturday to visit a special Buckeye fan.

Meyer and his wife Shelley went to visit eight-year-old Matthew Offers and his family in the hospital. Offers suffers from congenital heart disease and has been hospitalized much of his life.

A photo of the visit is going viral on Facebook.

"Matthew had a very special visitor today. It has been hard keeping this to myself," reads the photo's caption. "Urban Meyer and his wife came to the hospital specifically to see Matthew after hearing his story and remembers facetiming with him during Christmas the past 2 years. They are the most humble down to earth people you could meet."

Meyer and his wife gave Offers' parents tickets to their stadium suite for Saturday's game against Rutgers, according to NBC4.

This is a very cool gesture from Meyer, who will be able to return to the sideline for OSU's Week 4 game against Tulane.
