Report: Greg Schiano To Ohio State As Defensive Coordinator

Greg Schiano, former head coach of both Rutgers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, is headed to Columbus, Ohio, according to a report by ESPN's Adam Schefter. Schiano is set to become both the associate head coach and the defensive coordinator. He'll replace Chris Ash, who, ironically, took the Rutgers head coaching job earlier this week.

Schiano, who coached the Scarlet Knights for 11 seasons, posted a 68-67 record. In his short NFL stint, he coached the Bucs to an 11-21 mark.

Schiano was rumored to be interviewing for a number of jobs over the past few weeks, including the head coaching positions at Miami, Virginia and South Carolina.
