The top quarterback on the transfer market is Georgia freshman sensation Justin Fields. The former five-star quarterback recruit spent one season as the backup to Jake Fromm, but it appears he doesn't want to do the same thing next season.

Fields' name is in the transfer portal, but he remains a part of the Bulldogs program and he might even see time in the team's bowl game against Texas. However, Fields wants out and there might be a perfect team waiting for his arrival.

According to Kyle Rowland of the Toledo Blade, a Fields-to-Ohio State transfer is gaining momentum. New head coach Ryan Day is the leading force behind the potential move for Fields.

Dwayne Haskins started every game for the Buckeyes this year and could come back for another year, however, most expect Haskins to enter his name into the NFL draft.

That would leave Tate Martell as the only real competition for Fields - if he transfers to Ohio State.

Stay tuned.
