Report: Ohio State 5-Star Commit Nick Bosa Suffers Knee Injury, Out For Season

Update: Bosa's mother informed 11W that his son has a tear in his right ACL. 

"Nick has a slight tear in his ACL," Bosa's mother told 11W. "We are waiting to hear exactly what our next step is. He will probably be having surgery within the next couple of weeks."

Earlier: The prized recruit in Ohio State's 2016 class has suffered a significant injury, according to a report by Patrick Maks of the Sun Sentinel.

Nick Bosa, a five-star defensive end and the younger brother of Buckeye star Joey Bosa, has an undisclosed knee injury. He will miss the rest of St. Thomas Aquinas' season. It has not yet been determined if Bosa will need surgery. 

The 6-foot-4, 265-pound prospect suffered the injury during this past Friday night's game.
