Report: Ohio State Commit Jake Moretti Injures Knee At Camp, Will Miss Senior Season

Some disappointing news out of Ohio State's Friday one-day positional camp. Buckeyes' 2017 four-star offensive tackle commit Jake Moretti suffered a knee injury during the session and is expected to miss his senior season, according to a report from Eleven Warriors

While Moretti did not specify the extent of his injury, Eleven Warriors reported that sources told them Moretti suffered a torn ACL.

Regarded as a top-100 recruit by Rivals, Scout and 247Sports, Moretti is the No.2 player in the state of Colorado and the No. 11 offensive tackle in the country according to 247Sports' Composite Rankings

He and five-star Josh Myers are the two offensive linemen currently committed to Ohio State for 2017. The Buckeyes have the No. 1 recruiting class in the country as it stands.
