Although health concerns around the world have slowed down recruiting in the NCAA, it hasn't been able to stop Ohio State from adding to its 2021 class. Last night, the Buckeyes received a commitment from five-star running back TreVeyon Henderson.

Prior to Henderson's commitment, Ohio State already had the top recruiting class in the country. The addition of Henderson just increases the gap between Ohio State and every other program in the Big Ten.

Henderson is the top-rated running back in the country, per 247Sports. He had offers from a plethora of Power Five schools, such as Alabama, Michigan, Oklahoma and Texas.

Shortly after Henderson announced that he's committing to Ohio State, head coach Ryan Day shared his reaction to the news on Twitter.

This was an incredible post from Day, who might just be as good at social media as he is at recruiting.

Ohio State currently owns the No. 1 recruiting class in the country, per 247Sports' rankings. The Buckeyes' class consists of 15 commitments at the moment.

Since taking over at Ohio State, Day has led the program to back-to-back top recruiting classes in the Big Ten. He has also won a conference championship during that short period of time.
