St. Louis Native Ezekiel Elliot Is Throwing Out The 1st Pitch At Tonight's Cardinals Game

Update: Elliott hinted that he might go with his trademark "crop top" half shirt look at tonight's game. This would be interesting to see.

Because of academic obligations, Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott missed out on the opportunity to attend the Cincinnati Reds-Pittsburgh Pirates game last month when the Buckeyes were honored and several of his teammates threw out the first pitch.

A St. Louis native, Elliott took some heat when he said he would have worn a Cardinals hat to game, since the Reds and Cards are divisional foes. Elliott won't have to worry about that tonight when he takes the mound at Busch Stadium to throw out the first pitch before the Cardinals take on their arch rival, the Chicago Cubs.

This should be a pretty sweet moment for Elliott, being able to come home and be recognized in his hometown. Given his propensity for performing in the clutch, he'll probably throw a pretty accurate ball tonight as well.
