Transferring Seton Hall PG Sterling Gibbs Visiting Ohio State Today, Hopes To Make Decision Soon
Sterling Gibbs, a point guard transferring out of the Seton Hall program, is visiting Ohio State today.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound guard is ranked the No. 1 player on ESPN's transfer list. He will be eligible to play immediately and has one year left.
Gibbs averaged 16.3 points and 3.8 assists for the Pirates in 2014-15. He was a second-team All-Big East selection.

Gibbs is reportedly also considering UConn, Pittsburgh, Baylor, VCU and N.C. State.
Adam Zagoria reports Gibbs is hoping to decide soon.
“I’m hoping [he decides] soon,” Temple Gibbs (Sterling's father) said. “I can’t say a timetable, but I’m hoping soon.”
Asked what they would be looking for in a new school, Temple said, “We only have one year, it’s gotta be a great fit for him. We can’t make a mistake on this.”
Gibbs recently visited Pittsburgh and will visit UConn next week.
