Former Buckeye Troy Smith Praises Urban Meyer's Leadership In Interview

In his final season at Ohio State, Troy Smith led the Buckeyes to a 12-1 finish, losing only to Urban Meyer’s Florida Gators in the national championship game in 2006. And yet, Smith has nothing but praise for Meyer.

Ohio State Football posted on Twitter a brief interview with Smith - the last Ohio State Buckeye to win the Heisman Trophy - discussing the positive impact of Meyer's leadership upon the Buckeyes team and culture. Though he emphasizes that Meyer's "whole version of being a Buckeye now is totally different" than when he was playing for the team, it's all beneficial to the team's ongoing success.
