Urban Meyer has updated his College Football Playoff predictions with the Big Ten back in the playoff hunt.

Big Ten football is back. The conference will start its season the weekend of Oct. 23-24, playing an eight-game schedule with an additional ninth game that pairs the conference's division seeds against each other. That final game will take place on Dec. 19, a day before the unveiling of the final College Football Playoff rankings.

The full Big Ten schedule can be seen here.

With the Big Ten now eligible for the playoff, Meyer has updated his playoff predictions. As expected, he now has Ohio State sneaking in and eventually winning the national championship.

Meyer's additional playoff predictions includes Clemson, Florida and Oklahoma. It's tough to imagine no Alabama for a second-straight year, but Meyer clearly has his doubts concerning Nick Saban's squad this season. Take a look at the rest of FOX Sports' playoff predictions below.

It's notable Meyer included two of his former teams - Florida and Ohio State - in his playoff predictions. The Gators are a sneaky pick to win the SEC, but they'll have to get past Alabama and Georgia for the crown.

Meyer isn't the only FOX Sports analyst to peg the Buckeyes as a national champion. Former USC running back Reggie Bush is also rolling with Ohio State.

We'll have to wait a few more weeks to watch the Buckeyes get back out on the gridiron. But on paper, Ohio State may have the best team in the nation.
