Cardale Jones has started the first three games of the season for Ohio State.
Will he get a fourth start?
Jones was benched today in the Buckeyes’ 20-13 win against Northern Illinois. He threw two interceptions in the first half before getting pulled. J.T. Barrett went in and didn’t play much better; he completed 11 of 19 passes for 97 yards, one touchdown and one interception.
Following the game, Urban Meyer said it might be time for the Buckeyes to stick with just one quarterback.
Meyer said he may be ready to stick with one QB: “I do believe in game reps. I’m going to spend a long time thinking about that.”

“I don’t know that right now.” – Urban Meyer when asked if he knows who his starting quarterback is

Meyer said the Buckeyes stayed with Barrett because they felt he was the best chance to move the ball down the field.

The safe money is likely on Barrett starting next week against Western Michigan, but nothing would surprise us.
Quarterback play isn’t Ohio State’s only issue, either.
