Urban Meyer's return to Ohio Stadium was quite successful. The legendary coach returned to Columbus because FOX's college football coverage was there for the game between Ohio State and Wisconsin.

Ohio State didn't disappoint with Meyer in the house as the Buckeyes demolished the Badgers at home. Chase Young, Justin Fields and J.K. Dobbins all had breakout performances for their team.

Following the game, Meyer went on social media to share a message to his fans.

Meyer posted the picture on Instagram with the following caption:

"It was great to be back in The Shoe. Thank you Buckeye Nation. #GoBucks"

It's a sweet message from the former head coach of the Buckeyes.

Here is the post from his account:

It's pretty incredible to think that Ohio State hasn't missed a beat since Meyer's retirement. Head coach Ryan Day has filled in admirably in his first year at the helm.

The Buckeyes aren't just undefeated through Week 9 of the regular season, they've won every game by at least 24 points.

Ohio State will try to keep its undefeated season alive in two weeks when it hosts Maryland.

As for Meyer, the entire sports world is anxiously waiting to see if he'll leave FOX for another coaching gig.
