College football win-loss predictions are starting to roll in.
We're just over two weeks away from the 2017 college football season kicking off. As such, USA Today put out an interesting article on Monday - predicting win-loss records for every team across the country.
What did the publication predict for the Big Ten? Well, let's just say that Ohio State Buckeyes fans will be happy.
USA Today is predicting that Ohio State finishes the season undefeated with a 13-0 record after knocking off Wisconsin in the league's title game.
Final predicted records:
Ohio State: 13-0, (9-0) Big Ten champs
Penn State: 10-2 (7-2)
Michigan: 10-2 (7-2)
Michigan State: 6-6 (4-5)
Maryland: 6-6 (4-5)
Indiana: 5-7 (2-7)
Rutgers: 2-10 (0-9)
Wisconsin: 11-2 (8-1)
Nebraska: 8-4 (6-3)
Northwestern: 8-4 (5-4)
Iowa: 7-5 (5-4)
Minnesota: 4-8 (2-7)
Purdue: 3-9 (2-7)
Illinois: 3-9 (2-7)
Ohio State is ESPN's top team, FPI-wise, heading into the season. Alabama, however, is No. 1 in the Coaches' Poll that was released last week.
It's assumed here that Ohio State, by finishing 13-0, would be heading to the College Football Playoff for the third time in four years. It's also assumed that since every other team would have at least two losses, the Buckeyes would be the lone Big Ten representative.
Big Ten fans - what do you think?
