Cardale Jones pulls up after running the 40-yard dash.

Urban Meyer said that he thought Cardale Jones would "kill it" at today's NFL Scouting Combine. Unfortunately, things didn't quite work out that way for the former Ohio State quarterback. After running an unofficial 4.83 on his first 40-yard dash attempt, Jones pulled his hamstring towards the end of his second attempt.

Here's video of both runs:

Unfortunately, this means that Jones won't be able to show off his arm today, as he announced that he's done with today's events.

Jones will have more opportunities to impress NFL scouts, but he had a chance to make a splash today in the throwing drills.
