NEW ORLEANS, LA - JANUARY 01: Michael Thomas #3 of the Ohio State Buckeyes celebrates with head coach Urban Meyer after catching a 13 yard touchdown pass late in the second quarter against the Alabama Crimson Tide during the All State Sugar Bowl at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on January 1, 2015 in New Orleans, Louisiana. For a little while, it looked like Alabama was going to run away with tonight's Sugar Bowl against Ohio State. Somewhere, Lee Corso just said "not so fast my friend." With the clock ticking away on the first half, and the Buckeyes trailing 21-13, offensive coordinator Tom Herman dialed up a double reverse pass. Receiver Evan Spencer somehow delivered a strike that would make Aaron Rodgers blush, and Michael Thomas got a foot down for one of the most amazing touchdowns of the season.

Ohio State trails by one point, but there is no question which team has the momentum heading into the half.
