GLENDALE, AZ - DECEMBER 31: J.T. He didn't look happy.

Ohio State fans can laugh about it now, but J.T. Barrett's bizarre sideline injury wasn't a laughing matter when it occurred during the Buckeyes' game against Michigan.

Barrett was injured on the sideline during pregame warmups when a cameraman ran into the star quarterback. He eventually left the game after re-aggravating the injury during the game.

A week later, Barrett led Ohio State to a Big Ten title over Wisconsin.

On Thursday night ESPN held its awards show, and poked fun at Barrett's sideline encounter.

Barrett looked a little uneasy during the whole ordeal. Perhaps its just the humble in Barrett that doesn't allow him to give himself any credit for coming back from a scary sideline incident.

The senior will lead his Buckeyes against USC in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic on December 29 at 8:30 p.m. ET.
