TMZ has obtained the dashboard footage of former Ohio State quarterback Troy Smith's arrest. The Buckeyes' Heisman Trophy winner was charged with an OVI, possession of marijuana and improper display of license plates in Westerville, Ohio early this morning. His BAC was reportedly .143.

During the traffic stop, Smith was asked by the cops how he is doing. His response: “I’m officer, sir." "What's that?" the cop responded. "I’m officer.” "You're an officer?" "No, no, no. I'm great," Smith said.

When asked how much alcohol he'd drank, Smith replied: "None."

When asked what is the highest level of education he's completed, he said: “I graduated from Ohio State." Asked to clarify, Smith said: "I graduated from Ohio State with a degree in bachelors.”

Here's the video.

Smith, who graduated from Ohio State with a bachelor's degree in communications, took to Instagramearlier today to apologize for what happened. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
