College football fans are getting treated to some spectacular highlight reel plays already tonight in the Discover Orange Bowl. On the first two drives of the game, star quarterbacks Tajh Boyd and Braxton Miller both busted off long touchdown runs to get their offenses going, but the defenses have been catching up as the game rolls on. The Buckeyes forced a safety to bring the score to 14-9, and just now made another spectacular stop to deny another Tigers' touchdown.
Clemson was in the red zone, ready to strike, when OSU defensive back Vonn Bell made an extremely athletic interception off of Tajh Boyd. Boyd had rolled out of the pocket and tried to get cute by floating a soft pass over the defense, but Bell managed to tip the ball up to himself for the pick -- it was impressive:
