Former Ohio State star Troy Smith was arrested early this morning on an OVI charge. The Heisman Trophy winner was also charged with possession of marijuana and improper display of license plates. The 31-year-old blew a .143 at a traffic stop.
Smith took to Instagram this afternoon to apologize for what happened.
