Meyer seemed pumped up about this commitment.
Ohio State landed a major commitment on Tuesday night from a place not known for producing high-level football recruits: Pocatello, Idaho.
Urban Meyer and defensive line coach Larry Johnson visited four-star defensive tackle Tommy Togiai at his home in Pocatello Tuesday night, and the 6-foot-3, 290-pound recruit committed to the duo on the spot.
Meyer was so excited that he jumped out of his seat, which you can catch on this video posted by Togiai's father. Johnson was pretty excited too. Check out that bear hug.
Togiai is the No. 9 defensive tackle and No. 126 overall player in the 2018 class according to 247Sports' Composite Rankings.
