As National Signing Day approaches, college football fans are once again reminded that recruiting is everything in regards to their favorite sport. When looking at the team recruiting rankings, it’s easy to see the correlation between recruiting success and success on the field, so it should come as no surprise who sits atop those rankings.
But which teams have had the most consecutive seasons with top-10 recruiting classes, according to ESPN?
Tuesday afternoon, just a day before Signing Day, ESPN’s Brett McMurphy answered that question. As expected, the Alabama Crimson Tide lead the way with nine consecutive seasons. Florida State follows with eight, Georgia and Ohio State with six, and LSU with four.
