When Ohio State takes the field in a few minutes to face Michigan, one of the Buckeyes' top offensive players will be sporting a different jersey number.
Running back Mike Weber, who normally wears No. 25, is instead donning No. 5 today. It is a change that has a lot of meaning for the Buckeye star.
He wore No. 5 playing youth football growing up.
As Ohio State writer Tim Moody notes, this type of gesture pretty much indicates that Weber is turning pro after the season.
Weber missed last week's game against Maryland with a bruised quad. However, he's good to go today in this showdown for the Big Ten East.
Ohio State and Michigan will kick off at noon on FOX. The winner moves on to the conference championship game next week.
