One of the top recruits in the country has revealed where he'll be playing college football. Enzo Jennings, a four-star recruit from Michigan, announced his commitment on social media.

Jennings is listed as the No. 7 athlete and No. 3 recruit from Michigan, per 247Sports. Unfortunately for fans hoping he'd play close to home, he's actually joining one of the biggest rivals of the Wolverines.

The four-star athlete announced that he's committing to Penn State. He chose the Big Ten program over schools like Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Michigan and Notre Dame.

His official announcement came from his Twitter account.

Jennings is the highest-ranked recruit for the Nittany Lions thus far, surpassing outside linebacker Curtis Jacobs.

Penn State now holds commitments from 14 different players. Its 2020 recruiting class is ranked No. 19 in the country, and fourth in the Big Ten.

This is huge news for Penn State as it tries to climb up the rankings in college football. James Franklin and his coaching staff have landed commitments from eight players just in June alone.

The addition of Jennings should actually help Penn State move up in 247Sports' overall rankings. However, it'll still be behind Michigan and Ohio State as it pertains to conference recruiting rankings.
