Penn State is making it very clear that it wants to have an elite quarterback room for years to come. Even after extending several offers to quarterbacks from the 2021 class, James Franklin now is eyeing four-star recruit Brock Vandagriff.

Vandagriff is listed as the No. 34 overall recruit in his class and the No. 4 pro-style quarterback, per 247Sports. He already holds offers from Auburn, Florida and Oklahoma.

With Vandagriff now on the Nittany Lions' radar and holding an offer, the school has made scholarship offers to seven quarterbacks for the 2021 class.

After receiving an offer from Penn State, Vandagriff went on Twitter to share the news. This should hint at him having interest in playing for the Nittany Lions.

Check it out:

Earlier this week, Penn State made an offer to Garrett Nussmeier. Another signal-caller receiving interest from the team is DC Tabscott, who is the No. 15 pro-style quarterback in his class.

All these offers to quarterbacks could indicate that Penn State either is really intrigued by the future crop of talent, or it wants to secure an early commitment.

As for this year's quarterback situation, the Nittany Lions will most likely role with Sean Clifford under center. After all, Tommy Stevens is on his way out of Happy Valley.
