The 2019 Cotton Bowl Classic will feature the best that the Group of Five has to offer squaring off against the best non-conference winner in the country. That matchup will be Penn State vs. Memphis, and it should be a good one.

In a press release, the ESPN Press Room announced that Mark Jones, Dusty Dvoracek and Olivia Dekker will be on the call for the Cotton Bowl Classic.

The Cotton Bowl will be the first-ever matchup between the two schools.

It will be Memphis' first appearance in the Cotton Bowl Classic, and Penn State's fourth overall.

The Nittany Lions boast a 2-0-1 record in the game, with both wins coming in the mid-1970s under Joe Paterno.

Memphis, meanwhile, have already set a school record for single-season wins with 12. Win or lose, the Tigers will in all likelihood finish with their highest ranking in school history.
