Penn State TE Mike Gesicki Provides Memorable Quote After Pitt Loss

Penn State lost to Pittsburgh on Saturday afternoon, 42-39. But tight end Mike Gesicki remains positive about the state of the program.

Penn State mounted a furious comeback against Pitt on Saturday afternoon. The Nittany Lions, which trailed 28-7 in the second quarter, had a chance to win the game on their final drive. But Trace McSorley was picked off by Ryan Lewis in the end zone.

After the contest, Penn State tight end Mike Gesicki talked about the team's heart. He's proud of how the team fought back from a huge deficit. He says that the fight displayed by the team is what Penn State is going to be about in the future.
