Penn State is hosting a few on-campus events this weekend, which includes a seven-on-seven competition for high school recruits.
James Franklin and the coaching staff will most likely scout each player, but they'll probably keep a closer eye on one in particular.
It turns out that five-star recruit Julian Fleming is at Penn State to partake in this weekend's football camp. The Pennsylvania native recently announced his commitment to Ohio State.
Practicing at the Nittany Lions' facility doesn't mean Fleming will change his decision. However, it might keep fans on edge in Columbus.
Franklin did seem rather impressed with Fleming at the camp, so perhaps he'll stay in touch with the five-star wideout until he officially signs with the Buckeyes.

While Penn State would love to have Fleming flip his decision in the near future, there is no indication that it'll happen.
Fleming, the top wide receiver in his class, has 31 scholarship offers thus far. Unfortunately for Penn State, he did say that he was looking to end his recruitment process when he committed to Ohio State.
The Nittany Lions have the No. 23 recruiting class in the country, per 247Sports. As for their biggest rival, the Buckeyes have the top recruiting class in the Big Ten.
