After just eight games - which is one quarter of the total first round action - we're down to just 1% of people who submitted NCAA Tournament brackets being perfect. Why? Little Rock's double-overtime victory over Purdue put a serious dent into millions of people's brackets.
According to ESPN, which runs the largest pool each year, just 1.1% of brackets remained perfect after the Boilermakers' loss. That means that out of 13 million, there were less than 150,000 that were 8/8. That's crazy.
