Caleb Swanigan Replies To Tweet From His Commitment To Announce Return To Purdue

With just hours until the deadline to return to college, many programs are learning the fates of some of their best players. Purdue, which had a very strong 2015-16 season, will be heading back to West Lafayette for another go-around.

Moments after Katz's tweet, the Purdue forward confirmed the decision on his own Twitter feed, replying to the message he sent when he committed to the Boilermakers.

Swanigan averaged 10.2 points and 8.3 rebounds as a freshman. In years past, he would not have been able work out for teams and learn that he was unlikely to go in the first round. With the new rules implemented ahead of this season, Purdue fans will be treated to another season of one of their best players, and Swanigan has a chance to build on his stock, after being informed of the skills he needs to develop.
