On Friday afternoon, the Purdue Boilermakers took the field for a contest against the Auburn Tigers in the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl. So far, it's been all Tigers as Auburn has dominated on both sides of the ball.

After just eight minutes of play, the Tigers hold a 21-0 advantage over the Boilermakers. The stats for today's game reflect the score.

With just under seven minutes left to play here's what the stat line looks like for both programs:

  • Auburn - 180 yards
  • Purdue - 31 yards

The Boilermakers got off to about as bad a start as possible this afternoon with Auburn's latest touchdown coming after a David Blough interception.

Freshman sensation Rondale Moore has been quiet for the Boilermakers after coming into the game with 105 catches for 1171 yards and over 170 all-purpose yards per game - good for fourth in the nation.

Can Purdue vault a comeback or will SEC fans have bragging rights over the Big Ten?
