Report: Big Ten Considering Kicking Penn State Out
Conference realignment talk would explode again.
The fallout from the Sandusky scandal continues in Happy Valley.
The Chronicle is reporting today that in addition to discussions centered around a proposal that would allow Jim Delany the authority to fire coaches, the Big Ten is also considering booting Penn State from the conference.
Penn State is still awaiting probable sanctions to be handed down by the NCAA. While the "death penalty" would certainly be a blow to PSU's football program, getting kicked out of the Big Ten might be worse.
