The Rutgers Scarlet Knights hosted the Boston College Eagles in a match-up of two of the worst Power 5 teams in the country.

Both teams have struggled this season. Boston College opened the season with a huge win over Virginia Tech, but the Eagles lost their last game - against Kansas.

Meanwhile, Rutgers has scored 48 points on the season - all of which came in Week 1 against UMass. The Scarlet Knights were blanked by Iowa.

Early in the game against BC, Rutgers scored a touchdown for the first time in two games. The Scarlet Knights got a little overzealous after putting points on the board for the first time in a while.

Center Mike Maietti was so fired up that he hit quarterback Artur Sitkowski with a nasty forearm shiver.

Check it out.

Sitkowski's head and neck whipped back, but he appears to be just fine.

Rutgers players need to celebrate each and every score like it could be last because, well, it could be.

Rutgers currently holds a 10-7 lead over Boston College early in the second quarter.
