Wisconsin fell completely out of the national title race after their blowout loss to Ohio State in October. With the wounds of that 38-7 beatdown still fresh, at least one Badgers player had an honest assessment of the Buckeyes.
Speaking to the media ahead of the Big Ten Championship Game this week, Wisconsin linebacker Chris Orr admitted that Ohio State has proven how good they are.
Orr believes that compared to the rest of the Big Ten, Ohio State is “a cut above for sure.”
“I would definitely say they’re a cut above for sure, and they’ve shown that.”

Orr had six tackles and a sack in their blowout loss to Ohio State last month. But that game was played at Ohio Stadium. The Big Ten Championship Game will be taking place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
But despite leading a defense that ranks No. 9 in the country, Ohio State’s defense is simply better. The Buckeyes boast the No. 4 defense in the nation, and a No. 1 offense scoring 50 points a game.
Is Ohio State already in Wisconsin’s head?
The Buckeyes and the Badgers will kick off at 8 p.m. E.T. on FOX.
