Wisconsin football is riding high, a month into the 2019 college football season. The Badgers have been one of the sport's most dominant teams thus far, and looked the part of a serious Big Ten contender in its decimation of Michigan.
As of now, the Badgers are a clear favorite in the Big Ten West. They have some serious tests coming up, that will reveal their potential for the College Football Playoff.
In October, the Badgers get two more of the toughest Big Ten East crossover opponents in Michigan State and Ohio State. The final month of the season features divisional battles with Iowa and Nebraska.
First, the Badgers host Northwestern, the team that some may forget actually came out on top of the Big Ten West last fall.
Last year, the Wildcats won this match-up, a 31-17 finish in Evanston in route to the division crown. On Saturday in Madison, Paul Chryst's team looks to get its revenge for that one.
Each week, Wisconsin has been putting out awesome pregame hype videos featuring current and former Badgers. This weekend, it is linebacker Chris Orr, who described the awful feeling of last year's game in Evanston.
So far, this season is shaping up to be one of the best in recent memory for the Badgers. They certainly have a social media and video team to match, because these are among the best being put out in the college football world right now.
The Badgers and Wildcats kick off at 12 p.m. ET on Saturday. The game will be broadcast on ABC. Wisconsin is a big 24.5-point favorite in this revenge spot.
