Two big-name college football head coaches appear to be on the verge of getting fired at the end of the 2018 regular season.

USC head coach Clay Helton and Texas Tech head coach Kliff Kingsbury both appear to be in their final days leading their respective programs.

The Trojans lost to UCLA on Saturday, bringing the Helton-led program below .500 on the season. USC appears to be in line for a 5-7 finish with Notre Dame this weekend.

The Red Raiders, meanwhile, were dominated by Kansas State on Saturday, and are now 5-6 on the season, too.

We've already had a couple of major firings this season and it seems like these two head coaches could be next.

Stay tuned.
