With spring ball wrapping up around the country, expect plenty of players to put their names in the NCAA transfer portal. Florida defensive end Malik Langham is reportedly one of them.
Langham, a four-star signee in the 2018 class, has put his name in the portal. AL.com’s Matt Zenitz first reported the news.
Langham played in two games for the Gators this season before redshirting. He was the No. 14 strong-side defensive end in the 2018 class, according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.
A native of Huntsville, Ala., Langham chose UF over Alabama, Auburn, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt and others.

Florida finished 10-3 last season, its first under head coach Dan Mullen. The Gators won the Peach Bowl, blasting Michigan 41-15.
Florida is pegged as a preseason top 25 team this year, and could potentially challenge Georgia in the SEC East.
The Gators will open the 2019 season against Miami (Fla.) in the Camping World Kickoff at Camping World Stadium in Orlando on August 24.
