Each March, we typically unveil our '64 Most Annoying People In Sports Media' bracket, which makes the rounds and provides for some spirited debate. This year, given the health crisis in our country, we don't feel comfortable moving forward with it.

Instead, we've gone in a new direction, creating a different, more positive bracket that should still rile up fans. Presenting the '68 Best College Football Fan Bases'. It's sure to still make some people upset.

Our four 1-seeds are Nebraska, LSU, Oklahoma and Ohio State, with Cornhuskers fans taking the overall No. 1 seed. Why? It's pretty simple.

Nebraska hasn't been all that competitive the past few years, but the team's fans haven't quit on them. The Cornhuskers have hosted 375 straight sellouts - dating all the way back to 1962. No other program is even close.

As for the other three on the list - there won't be many complaints about LSU, which provides one of the best home-game atmospheres in the country. Oklahoma supporters are easily the best in the Big 12, while Ohio State probably boasts the largest fan base in the country. Buckeyes fans also travel incredibly well.

The four No. 2 seeds are Notre Dame, Georgia, Alabama and Auburn.

So here it is - the '68 Best College Football Fan Bases' in the country:
