A 5-Star Running Back Has Been Suspended For Week 1

UCLA head coach Chip Kelly announced this morning several suspensions for the Bruins for the team's Week 1 game. Among the players suspended is a former five-star running back.
Soso Jamabo, a 5-star running back and the No. 2 recruit at his position in the 2015 class, is among the players suspended for the team's Week 1 game against Cincinnati.
There are six players in total suspended for UCLA's opening game.
Kelly's statement says that the reason for the suspension is a violation of "Athletic Department policies."

Jamabo, a 6-foot-2 running back, has 1,170 yards and 13 touchdowns during his career with the Bruins.
UCLA is set to open its 2018 season on Sept. 1 against Cincinnati. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. E.T.
