A Top JUCO Recruit Just Announced His Commitment

One of the top JUCO recruits in the 2019 class has announced his commitment.
Anthony Whigan, the No. 3 offensive tackle recruit in the class, announced on Twitter this morning that he's committed to Penn State.
The 6-foot-5, 290-pound prospect out of Great Mills, Md. chose the Nittany Lions over Maryland, Louisville and Arkansas, among other programs.
He announced his commitment on Twitter.
Whigan is ranked the No. 1 JUCO recruit in the state of Maryland.
Penn State's 2019 class is ranked the No. 11 class in the country by 247Sports.
