Another star college football quarterback is going the transfer route. 2018 has been the year of the transfer, with former Clemson starting quarterback Kelly Bryant kicking things off earlier this season.
Georgia freshman Justin Fields was the latest to throw his hat in the ring after the 2018 regular season came to a close. He’s expected to transfer to Ohio State – though it appears he won’t make his decision until after the Bulldogs bowl game against Texas.
Now, another top college football quarterback is adding his name to the list. Buffalo quarterback Tyree Jackson added his name to the transfer portal earlier this week.

Jackson graduated from Buffalo and will hit the market as a graduate transfer.
He led the Bulls to a 10-4 season and a bowl appearance while earning MAC Offensive Player of the Year honors. He racked up 2,605 passing yards and 25 touchdowns during the regular season.
Jackson can either transfer or enter the NFL.
