The 2019 college football Associated Press preseason top 25 poll will be released next Monday, Aug. 19.
In anticipation of next week’s poll release, one Associated Press top 25 voter has revealed his preseason ballot.
Steve Wiseman, a reporter for the News & Observer, unveiled his preseason top 25 ballot over the weekend.
Clemson and Alabama come in at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively.
Here’s his top 10:
- Ohio State
- Notre Dame

Clemson and Alabama are widely expected to start the season ranked No. 1 and No. 2. Georgia is a near-consensus No. 3 team, too.
Ohio State and Oklahoma, each boasting new starting quarterbacks, are likely top five teams as well.
The 2019 college football season is set to begin in less than two weeks, with Florida and Miami playing in “Week 0” on Saturday, Aug. 24.
