Arizona State vs. Washington preview:

Arizona State (5-5) enters the contest on a four-game losing streak with its most recent loss coming last Thursday to Utah, 49-26. Washington (9-1) stumbled to its first loss of the year last Saturday falling to USC 26-13 .

The Huskies' offense had a tough time against the Trojans as it was only able to pick up 276 total yards on the day and just 17 yards on the ground. Jake Browning went 17-for-36 through the air for 259 yards, two interceptions and one touchdown. John Ross was Browning's favorite target as he hauled in eight catches for 154 yards and a score.

Arizona State gave up 497 yards to Utah last week while it picked up 396 yards on the evening. The Sun Devils' passing attack was strong as Manny Wilkins threw for 309 yards, but he also threw two picks as well. Utah was able to rush for 201 yards against Arizona State.

Arizona State knocked off Washington last year by a score of 27-17 in Tempe.

Washington suffering its first loss of the season may be a blessing in disguise for the Huskies as it may have awoken an even stronger beast.

Washington's offense had its worst performance of the season last week, and will rebound against Arizona State's 124th ranked defense in the nation.

Washington will bounce back while the Sun Devils will continue to struggle against the Pac 12.
