The biggest college football game on Week 6's slate is taking place in Gainesville, Fla.

Florida, the No. 10 team in the country, is hosting No. 7 Auburn at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. ESPN's College GameDay will be in town for the game.

The Tigers are going into the game as the favorite and the betting line has already shifted.

Auburn and Florida opened as a "pick'em" game, but the bettors seem to like the Tigers. The betting line is already up to Auburn -3.

This is the biggest game of the SEC season to date.

It's not necessarily a College Football Playoff elimination game, as both teams are undefeated, though the loser will have a major uphill battle.

Both Florida and Auburn have several big games remaining.

The Gators and the Tigers are set to kick off at 3:30 p.m. E.T. on CBS.
