Boston College vs. Florida State preview:

Boston College got Lamar Jackson'd last week, losing 52-7, but the Eagles looked like they were going to lose by at least a thousand. The Eagles' defense has had its moments this year, and ESPN has them in the top 30, but they looked like scarecrows against the Louisville offense. Hopefully they come into this game with something to prove, otherwise they're going to get embarrassed again in primetime by Dalvin Cook and Deondre Francois.

Florida State had a close 24-20 win over NC State last weekend, but it had to feel good to get the victory after losing 37-34 to Clemson the week before. Francois threw for 330 yards and a touchdown against the Wolfpack. The Seminoles are a heavy favorite entering this game, and I expect them to continue their winning ways.

FSU has won the last six match-ups between the two teams.

Boston College vs. Florida State prediction:

Boston College has no shot here. Florida State's offense obviously isn't Louisville, but the Seminoles are still pretty darn good on that side of the ball. There's simply no way the Eagles can hold Cook and Francois back for four quarters. I think this one is over by halftime.
