A major bowl game has sold out of tickets for the first time in its history.

The Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl, which is pitting Army against Houston, has sold out of its tickets.

"Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl between Army and Houston on Saturday is officially sold out – the first sellout in the bowl’s 16-year history."

That's pretty awesome. It's great to see two programs like Army and Houston getting that kind of fan support.

Army and Houston are set to meet on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. E.T.

The game will be televised on ESPN.
