Four-star running back Cesare Mellusi has been offered by a number of huge programs. He has three schools that he's hearing from most right now.

Mellusi stars at Naples High School in Florida. 247 ranks him the No. 42 player in the Sunshine State, per its composite rankings.

He is the No. 291 player in the country overall. The 6-foot-1, 205-pound rising senior is the No. 19 running back in the class of 2019.

So far, 21 programs have offered Mellusi. He hasn't cut down his list at this time, but he did name three schools that are after him the most.

He spoke to The Clemson Insider recently, revealing that he will visit the Tigers on April 9. Dabo Swinney's program is among those that he hears from most.

Clemson is joined by Miami and Notre Dame as the teams that Cesare Mellusi hears from most:

According to Mellusi, he has been in contact the most with two schools along with Clemson.

“Notre Dame and Miami would be the others I communicate with the most,” he said.

Mellusi visited Miami in February.

According to his Twitter feed, Mellusi was at Miami during the weekend of February 17. It is unclear if he'll be making an unofficial visit to Notre Dame.

Back in February, he told 247 that South Carolina is also among the schools he hears from most. Steve Wiltfong's article, which was retweeted by Mellusi, is behind 247's paywall.

We are still early in his recruitment, but Mellusi has three predictions on 247's crystal ball already, all for the same school. Experts have Notre Dame as the early favorite, though things can change very quickly, as anyone that follows recruiting knows.

Notre Dame currently has three commitments in the class of 2019, all four-star players. Jacob Lacey and Hunter Spears are set to play defensive tackle for the Fighting Irish, while K.J. Wallace is a cornerback.

Miami already has 12 players committed in its class, which is the top-ranked group in the country. That group includes three-star running back Marcus Crowley. Clemson's four-man class is ranked 24th in the early rankings, and does not yet feature a running back.
